American/ Australian Connection
Located in Bellingham, WA
Harps Australia (founded originally in
Melbourne: Australia by Northwest native-born Jacqueline Spring
and her Australian husband Warwick) located a workshop base in
Bellingham, WA nearly four years ago, to supply the US interest
with our harps. The same discipline of design and innovation
that has produced over 500 instruments in Australia has been applied to our
US operations. We have also introduced our 36 string “Classic”
harp, with its’ oak column and dark Mahogany finish.
The use of our unique sculptured laminate soundboard
ensures the generous warmth of solid wood with the responsive
brightness of laminated Birch. We continue our use of
ecologically sustainable non-endangered timbers in all our
